Coach and Player Workshop - Backline Play

With the start of the new rugby season upon us, brush up on your knowledge of backline play in 15s rugby, and give yourself the edge over the competition by attending our 2 day workshop. You'll receive expert instruction from former International rugby players with decades of Professional Rugby experience, and extensive hours of coaching both senior and youth players of all levels. 

Over the two days, general principles of backline offensive and defensive systems will be explored, while also focussing on position specific game understanding and skill development. There will be indoor video sessions and outdoor practical sessions will loads of drills and game ideas.

At the close of Day 1, coaches and players will be treated with a BBQ where special guest speakers will be present for a Q & A allowing attendees to rub shoulders and ask some burning rugby questions while enjoying some fine healthy food.

Coaches will also earn 10 official USA Rugby coaching development credits if both days are attended. 

We recommend the players attending be between the ages of 14 - 18, as some of the content will be quite advanced.

11:45am - 4pm Sunday
